All though most people are fully aware of how important exercise is to losing weight, and especially to reducing arm and leg fat and, a lot of us have difficulties getting ourselves to do it. Others simply can not find the time for it The truth is that creating a workout routine can be hard when you are just starting out. The most important thing is to develop a lifestyle that is exercise friendly.
One thing is certain: you have to get going with an exercise regime that is designed to keep your attention. To phrase it differently, It’s important for you to be involved in workout routines that you enjoy. For these reasons, it’s important to get into a DAILY routine.
Now don’t get me wrong, you can certainly stay home and exercise. For a lot of people this is essential because the time and effort it takes to go to the gym often makes it difficult to take part in a workout program. Personally, I use a spare bedroom, or the living room. But I don’t have a horde of fancy gear. I don’t really need and, and neither will you. What you do need though is a balance ball and adjustable weights. A yoga mat is often helpful, and while not entirely essential, a stationary bicycle is good for Cardio. And that’s all you need. There’s no need to start some fancy exercise program. By making your house your gym, you will automatically find it easier to get started, and keep doing it. The fact of the matter is that a lot of people don’t work out because they don’t like the place where they work out.
What I want you to ponder is what might make your workouts more enjoyable. Whatever you end up doing, you will discover that building it on the foundation of activities you really like is the key to creating a lifetime of fitness.
You can begin your fitness program together with a good diet. You can find tips for both in the Fat Loss Factor.
Until next time,
In the last post i briefly mentioned the importance of exercise in addition to nutrition plans, diets and so forth. In this post i will touch a little more on that topic.
When the upper arms are starting to get fat, and the skin is loosening and making that bikini season just unbearable, it’s time to take action. The good news is that it doesn’t have to take tons of work. But you know what they say; nothing in life is free!
To lose fat in the arms, it’s important to focus your efforts on your various muscles. Isolate Triceps and Biceps. Make sure you give your traps a run for their money as well. And how do you do this?
- Pushups (great for isolating biceps, and giving the chest a pump at the same time) There’s no need to be a superhero, you can do these standing against a wall.
- Dips (full arm workout) quite difficult, but start off doing them seated on the floor and just raise yourself off the ground with your feet touching the floor, then gradually upgrade to a chair)
- Overhead dumbbells
- Dumbbell kickbacks
The two last ones allow you to chose weight yourself, so start off light if you’re not used to exercising.
make sure not to overload yourself. Muscles develop while resting, and it’s lean sexy muscles that will eventually replace the fat.
That was just a touch of information on exercises for reducing arm fat. So check back in later.
In this post, I’ll be looking at a theory that has been widely debated. Can you effectively lose weight naturally, without any physical exercise or expensive “quick weight loss diets”? And more importantly, can you use such a method to reduce arm fat, tummy fat, neck fat and so on? It turns out that may just be possible, but exercise is still a good idea. It’s good for the mind the body and the soul, so I would always recommend regular exercise, whatever other solution you may find!
There are several different approaches out there. My personal favorite includes a diet of sorts, yet not in the conventional way. You are still able to eat what you like to a certain degree, but there is also a special selection of foods involved.
In short, its all about cleansing your body of toxins, which leaves the body free to work on digestion. And no, I’m not talking about Acai berries or some such. I don’t really believe in that stuff. All though, I have never tried it, so I can’t discount it all together.
Anyway, I’m just rambling now. Back on topic: I’ll be releasing my experience with a method like this in a little while, but i’ll get back to that later. So stay tuned!

If you’ve never had this problem before, you may well think: “Can it really be THAT hard to reduce armfat?”
The answer is a resounding YES!
In fact, it’s probably even harder than reducing belly fat to some extent, because it takes more of a specific targeted approach to deal with the issue. I am happy to tell you however, that there may very well be light at the end of the tunnel.
Having tried everything from targeted arm toning in the form of grueling exercises to diets for quick weightloss and various home remedies, i finally found something that actually worked for me. i had just about given up when i decided to try something rather reckless. And before i knew it, to reduce arm fat was just a small part of a bigger and healthier u-turn in my life that left me feeling great. So i forgot all i knew about food for weight loss and any other weight loss methods, and focused on this one simple step-by-step plan.
On this website I will share with you the story of how i turned what i judged to be a shamefull defeat and a character flaw in myself into a wonderful victory. So stay tuned for more posts!
